Order Confirmation & Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on the Isabelle's Wear website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes.

  • You agree to follow the return process as described in this policy.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order and communication records may be used as supporting documentation.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Only normal inspection and handling may have occurred.

  • Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@isabelleswear.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (required if damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for return instructions before sending your item.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may be refused. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@isabelleswear.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After review:

  • A replacement may be offered depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

  • In certain cases, a return may not be required.

Replacements for verified defective items are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.

  • We will assist with the courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $35 CAD deduction will be applied to any approved refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.

Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving your order, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery following the return process above.

To request a cancellation before shipment, email info@isabelleswear.com with a clear cancellation request. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we may submit supporting documentation to your payment provider, including:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Shipping and tracking information

  • Relevant email correspondence and photos

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and may affect future order eligibility.

Important Information

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing times, or import clearance issues.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition cannot be accepted.

  • Returns are not free; shipping and handling costs always apply.
